Who We Are
Standby medical personnel and security services for every kind of event
EventMedix provides standby medical personnel and security services for all types of events — sporting events, school athletics, concerts, mud runs, carnivals, fairs and more. We provide on-site Emergency Medical Technicians, Paramedics and Nurses, as well as uniformed and plain-clothes security officers.
Our medical personnel work in teams of two or more to provide mobile medical facilities, equipment, supplies and the experience necessary to manage a wide range of health issues — from basic first aid through to advanced life support. We work in conjunction with local EMS systems and hospitals to provide continuous, high-quality medical care.
Our security personnel provide courteous, professional services such as crowd control, access control, security checkpoints, roving patrols, loss prevention and surveillance. They work alongside the medical staff, on the same communications, to help keep every guest safe.

How We Work
The principles behind every deployment
Never a lone responder
Our medical personnel work in teams of two or more. One person cannot manage an airway, run a monitor and control a crowd at the same time, so we do not ask them to.
Inside the local EMS system
We work in conjunction with local EMS agencies and hospitals. When a patient needs transport, the hand-off is planned rather than improvised at the gate.
Medical and security as one plan
Booking both from one provider means shared radios, shared briefings and a single point of contact when you need a decision made quickly.
Coverage sized to the event
We do not sell a fixed package. Staffing, level of care and equipment are matched to your attendance, layout, activity and duration.
Set up before your first guest
Stations built, radios checked, access routes walked and the local EMS picture confirmed before the gates open — not while they are opening.
Capability
From a scraped knee to a cardiac arrest
The vast majority of what we treat at an event is minor — blisters, cuts, sprains, dehydration, heat exhaustion. That is exactly why the capability underneath matters: the one time it is not minor, the difference is whether a defibrillator, an airway kit and someone who has used both are already standing there.
