Services

Two disciplines, one provider. Medical standby staffed by licensed clinicians, and event security staffed by professional officers — scaled to the size, shape and risk profile of your event.

Event Medical Services

Medical coverage that starts before the gates open

Our medical personnel work in teams of two or more, bringing mobile medical facilities, equipment, supplies and the experience needed to manage anything from basic first aid through to advanced life support.

First Aid Stations

Planning a large event and need to protect the health and safety of your guests? We provide mobile first aid stations, fully stocked with the same supplies and equipment you would find in an ambulance, and staffed by teams of licensed EMTs, paramedics and nurses.

A station gives your guests somewhere obvious to go, and gives you a fixed point to send radio traffic when something happens on the far side of the venue.

  • Basic first aid and minor injury care
  • Heat injury prevention and treatment
  • Wound care, splinting and immobilization
  • Advanced life support capability
  • Clear signage and a visible location
  • Coordination with local EMS agencies

Medical First Responders

When a broken bone, a laceration or a concussion happens — or a heart attack, a stroke or a diabetic emergency — immediate medical attention can be the difference between life and death.

Everyone knows to call 911, but emergency services are often delayed, have long response times, or simply cannot reach the patient quickly through a crowded venue. Those delays cause irreversible damage.

Our responders are already inside the perimeter. They treat immediately, then coordinate the hand-off with the local EMS agency so care is continuous from the point of injury through to the hospital.

Our teams have decades of combined experience and training in emergency medical care, and integrate with your event control and the local 911 system rather than working around them.

Staffing levels and response options

Tell us the event; we will tell you what it needs.

EMT Standby (BLS)

Emergency Medical Technicians providing basic life support — assessment, oxygen, bleeding control, splinting, spinal precautions and AED use.

Paramedic Standby (ALS)

Advanced life support: cardiac monitoring, advanced airway management, IV access and medication administration on scene.

Registered Nurses

Nursing staff for events where sustained on-site treatment or a higher level of clinical judgement is wanted.

Bike Medic Teams

Two-wheeled crews carrying full response bags and an AED — they cut through a packed crowd far faster than any vehicle.

UTV & Vehicle Teams

Gator and utility-vehicle crews for large sites, long courses and casualty extraction over rough ground.

Roving Foot Teams

Paired responders working the crowd, spotting problems early and calling them in before they escalate.

Equipment we bring

Every deployment is equipped for the event in front of it. A high school football game and a 10-mile obstacle course need very different kit, and both get more than a first aid box.

  • Automated external defibrillators (AEDs)
  • Oxygen and airway management
  • Trauma, burn and bleeding-control kits
  • Spinal immobilization and splinting
  • Stretchers and patient movement equipment
  • Cooling and heat-injury supplies
  • Shelter, lighting and treatment space
  • Radios for event and EMS communication

Event Security Services

Courteous, professional, and visible where it counts

Our security personnel provide crowd control, access control, security checkpoints, roving patrols, loss prevention and surveillance — in uniform or plain clothes, and working directly with our medical staff to keep every guest safe.

Crowd Control

Managing flow, queues, pinch points and pressure at gates, stages and exits before they become an incident.

Access Control

Gates, wristbands, credentials and restricted areas — the right people in, everyone else politely out.

Security Checkpoints

Entry screening and bag checks run in a way that keeps the line moving instead of stopping it.

Roving Patrols

Officers covering parking, perimeter, concourse and back-of-house on a moving pattern.

Loss Prevention

Protecting merchandise, equipment, cash handling points and vendor stalls.

Surveillance & Observation

Fixed observation posts and plain-clothes officers watching for problems developing.

Security that works with the medics, not beside them

When an officer finds a casualty, the medics already know who they are and where they are. When a medic needs a path cleared through a crowd, security is on the same channel. That coordination is the whole point of booking both from one provider.

  • Uniformed officers for visible deterrence and guest assistance
  • Plain-clothes officers where a low profile works better
  • Shared radio communications with the medical teams
  • Staffing scaled to attendance, venue and event risk
